Progress

Ok, so it's not all done, but it's progress. Remember I have 4 kids ALL DAY ( I babysit a 2 yr old as well as my own 2 yr old.) And I am 5 months pregnant after all. But we're getting there.

Yes there are still boxes, but not as many. Ok, so these were there before we got started moving. Still working on that pile.

I thought I would share a few more of them. It's amazing that at just 20 wks old, they can see all of this.

He's 2 :(

Well David is officially 2 years old now. He had a good birthday, here are some pictures from his party. He kept blowing out the candles and Mark had to relight them 3 times, before we finally finished "happy birthday" LOL. He was having fun!

Look what we did!

We've been BUSY!!! We rearranged a few rooms. Not just moved stuff around, we actually moved the boys upstairs, and our office is now in it's own room. It used to take up half of our dining room. Here are a few pictures. YES, i still have alot of organizing to do, lots of boxes, but all the heavy stuff is done, so no worries, I won't be doing any heavy lifting!

I'll takes some more pictures when I get all the boxes empty (just can't guarantee when that will be!)

Now I have a big dining room, here's the new cabinets we got. Well new to us, (thanks for storing them for us Aunt!)

And of course more boxes. Yes I know it's a mess, but you should've seen it before! It is progress!

Well it's to bed for me now, and back to work tomorrow. That's when the real organizing starts, as well as school and sorting baby clothes and .................................

He's just cute!

Our youngest David went up to his sisters room yesterday and found his sisters doll. It was so cute. He carried it around all day.

What cracked me up was when he tried giving the baby a drink of his milk. He put it in her mouth and made the "gulp" noise for her. LOL He was very proud of himself.

He even rocked her.

And another thing we noticed, LOL. We were going out our side door and admiring our Hibiscus plant (which is my favorite plant!). And we noticed a POTATOE plant in our flower bed. Mark actually pointed it out. At first I though it was just a weed that looked like a potoatoe, but no. There on the ground WAS a potatoe that sprouted! LOL. We're not sure how it got out there. Sometimes David throws stuff out the door, maybe the dog carried it out. Maybe it was dug out of the trash and carried there. Who knows. But we are going to leave it and see what happens.

David slept in today. I think he grew last night, he looks older and taller. He's getting so big. He's going to be 2 next month. I can't believe it. He starting to really talk clear. He makes alot of noise, but not many words that are really clear. He gets his point across, that's for sure. I asked him if he wanted some ceareal and he said "uh uh", so I said peaces? he says "uh huh" than points at the cabinet and says "bowl". He copies what you say all the time. He has 2 older siblings after all, why talk LOL.

Well I've got work to do, so I'll be back later.

Chronicles of a Pregnant Women August 6,2007

It's been a little while since I last posted. Sorry about that. Life has been busy. We got our Blazer back last Wednesday, it looks great. Divine Auto Body in Portland did an awsome job! We also found a new car, so for the moment we have 2 vehicles. We got a Trailblazer, and we LOVE IT! It has a 3rd row of seats, so it seats 7. I'll add a few pictures from the Annie Rae website from before we bought it. It is in the shop right now. The oil pressure gage wasn't working correctly, and the driver headlight was cutting in and out. So it is getting fixed under their used car warrenty. No cost to us (PHEW!). So we recomment Annie Rae Chevrolet in Dewitt. We've dealt with them before and knew we would go with them again.

Anyhow, so we've been busy with that. Oh and I'm still pregnant, LOL. 13 weeks and I'm allready obviously pregnant. Today I am VERY tired! David has some teeth coming in and has been a bear the last few days. He woke up at 7am this morning and wouldn't go back to bed, so I've been up. I tried for a nap, but by the time David finally went to sleep (only after a car ride to pay the water bill), it was not a good time to lay down. So hopefully he will go down easy tonight, which I'm not expecting since he's still not settling down and it's after 11. My feet are swollen today and so are my hands. I didn't think I was up that much, but when your chasing kids the time flies by. Oh yea I watched a few neighbor kids today. A boy Davids age and a girl a little older than Amberlin.

So what's left this week? Well alot more. Pray for our family, well my husbands family, one of his cousins died in a house fire Sunday morning. As of yet, we don't know the cause, it is under investigation and suspicious.

So that's all kinds of more fun for the week. I'm going to try for bed now.
